Leeds Avenue Accommodation Village have rooms available for any single person requiring housing, we have uni students also onsite as the village is within walking distance to Central Queensland University.
We are governed under the Residential Services Authority and we are registered with public works for bond loans. We also pay your electricity and water. We have 20 rooms onsite all furnished plus common areas to share, one of our rooms is used as a onsite mangers office, we are owner operators and are not a real-estate.
We do require 3 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent when signing your lease. Leases are 3, 6 or 12 months, if only requiring a month we can look at every case individually. We pride ourselves with making people feel welcomed and making the environment a safe haven and a place to call home.
