They have taught students from six years old to 65 years old. Various locations for different abilities and depending where you're coming from.
All the equipment you need to get on the water is supplied! All you need to bring is whatever you want to wear on the day. It is a good idea also to bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat.
If you have your own equipment they encourage you to bring it along so that you can learn how to use it correctly and safely.
